Also others asked was the cathode cap of 6V6 grounded? Yes, but also tied to it was pin 6 wire on 12AX7. Enzo you are correct, that 470 ohm resistor
is most likely reading incorrectly as the capacitor is tied to it in parallel. I had forgot about that. Very hard to get a ohm reading on a resistor with
a cap parallel to it.

Like 52Bill said, that big cap across the 470 ohm is backwards.
The red wire needs to be removed from the cap leg and connected one eyelet over (toward corner of board).

Well guys thanks for your guidance and help. You steered me in the right direction away from the OT. I pulled the red wire off the ground point of the 6V6 cathode cap and resistor. Moved it over 2 holes to the right where it was supposed to go. Fired right up and plays nice. Thanks for your help. I get a little better each time I touch an amp, but I don't really do it enough to hang on to everything I learn. I read stuff and study schematics and it stays with me while I work on the amp and a while later. However 6 months later most of it is gone as I don't use what I learned for that time. Oh well. Thanks to the great members of this forum we saved another vintage Fender amp from the dump. Leo thanks you. So do I. Keith

Wow Kamloops. I've been there once. Was very beautiful. Scenery reminded me of spaghetti westerns and I did not expect that at all. Does this pic in town look familiar by chance?? Outside of Little Big House I think. Hope to visit again one day. maybe next summer.

Did you reverse the 6V6 cathode cap? Probably best to replace it as it may be damaged from being subjected to reverse DC voltage. You don't want to run the risk of it shorting.

I ordered 4 new cathode caps and a new B+ multi section cap can. The amps works now but will be parked untill the new caps arrive. I will change them all out and then release the amp back to its owner. I will be replacing that big cap and orientating the new one properly. Thanks
