Marshall TSL 2000 heater voltage question

I am measuring 5.7 VDC for the heater voltage on the three pre amp tubes of a TSL 60. Is this normal. Could a Bridge Rectifier failure cause the low voltage or would a rectifier failure cause me to have 0 volts. TKS
