Hmm, this one looks like it was a kit assembled by an amateur.
The 5v regulator was installed backwards which probably killed the PT2399 reverb/delay chip.
Datasheet says Vcc is 6.5v max.
With regulator not regulating at least 9v was applied to it.
Anyone got a spare PT2399 I can buy?
I hate placing small orders and I'm pretty stocked up on spare parts.
Maybe a trade?
