    Greetings,
My old Peavey Blaser 158 was accidentally connected to 220 volts and has obviously ceased to function. I donīt have my hopes up, but is it economically repairable?

    Thanks so much.

Well who knows? It is not like there is a list of "this happens when you plug it into 220."

It could be as simple as a blown fuse, or as dire as every part in it is blown. There is no way to know except to look into it,. My suspicions would first fall on the little power transformer.

Agree and hopefully the fuse blew before it stressed all those little components out.
