    The hum; If it is purely mechanical and coming from the mains transformer when in stand by, I would guess it has been dropped and the iron is loose in the clamps. A gentle adjustment should cure that.
    The hum from the speaker when you turn the volume up; I would suspect the earth switch in the input socket but if it is from the reverb tank, check the feed and return wires have a good ground at both ends.
