    While in the navy shipyard I did extensive circuit card repairs, when the traces were damage from over heated power resistors, those brushes were indispensable.

    I would replace missing traces actually take silver coated wire and flatten that to conform to the previous missing or damage trace(s).

    Use a Pace machine with its grinder to clean out the fiber glass board then take another scrap board and grind some fiber glass off the board into a powder.
    I would take some epoxy and mix in the glass fibers to strengthen the board patch or hole and add enough so the color matched the board.
    Then clean up the old trace with that brush. Solder the new traces and eyelets. cover with a clear epoxy. Made a lasting repair
    soldering stuff that's broken, breaking stuff that works, Yeah!
