With info from darkglass tech support, tested TP19 near P104. Was not the required 5vdc. Replaced Q14(j174 P channel jfet) and now have output. Great tech support @ darkglass. Was not sure if I'd be able to desolder and solder something that size, but it's working. Had power on, but no output. If Q14 hadn't fixed it, the next option was a $200.00+ board.
