Working on an AC15 reissue. Nothing is plugged into input. If the tubes, wires or most components on this amp are touched w/ finger or chopstick there is a weird high fizzy intermittent kind of sound which every now and then oscillates. When a guitar is plugged in we can here some radio signal. The speaker jack has been tested for resistance and seems ok. the tubes are new.
