Hey guys! Hope y’all are doing well. It’s been a minute since I’ve posted. It’s been a wild ride these last 5 yrs!! I’ll leave it at that.

Does anyone know where to find a schematic for an an old Ekosonic tube amp? This is a single ended Class A, 6V6 amp.

there are 2 12ax7, one for gain, one for the vibrato.


im trying to figure out what sort of vibrato circuit this is, as there is no “tremolo bug”.

one capacitor broke off the circuit and I can’t see where it was connected. I’m going to continue trying different spots with an alligator clip in the meantime. It’s a coupling capacitor so I’m not too concerned about sparks flying.

From memory, it uses a simple oscillator and modulates the grid voltage on the pre amp stage. The 1956 model modulated the grid of the output valve instead.
Any idea what the model number is?
