SVT Screen and Plate Currents?

I knew it was larger, but why 60%? That would seem to be different from the factor by which the voltage increases after rectification.

Voltage conversion factor is 1.3 to 1.4 depending on load.
Current conversion factor is different as current waveshape is different. Transformer current is large but short pulses.

One more (probably stupid) question: Is this difference related to the inductance of the PT?

The inductance of a PT has no noticeable effect. It only affects the primary magnetizing (aka exciting) current.
Different with an OT.
