Whenever I play a low note or I tap any part of the amp hard enough I get a real LOUD popping and crackling noise through my speakers. So basically something inside is moving around and shorting out/touching something that it shouldn't be.
I had this problem a few years ago and I traced it to the big white capacitor on the power switch. I believe this is the problem now because whenever I turn my amp on, I get a "powering up" noise through my speaker and a little popping noise too. So perhaps this capacitor died or has a bad solder connection? Physically it is soldered on fine, I can wiggle the cap and the joints don't move.
Here are some pictures that might get me some more help...

Have any suggestions?
