At the moment it's a real deal-breaker. Not only shipping and packing, but import duty, collection fees and VAT (on the gross value, which includes the shipping) to add on. Maybe if there's ever a trade deal with Canada this will change.

And that PEC chip on the preamp board lifted my impression of the brand immediately. Those are not generally off the shelf items. At least they were serious about building the things.
