I am planning on purchasing a replacement cabinet for a Twin Reverb amp. The cabinet it came with is a 68-69, but the amp itself is a 77. The grill cloth for the 68-69 has very prominent, non-sparkly turquoise lines. My friend's 1974 Quad Reverb has much more subtle, non-sparkly light blue lines, and a Bassman cabinet I have from 76 has sparkly turquoise lines! Here are some photos. I've found two types of repro grill cloths here. My question is, which of two repros will most accurately copy a 1977? Are there any more different repro styles of silver face grill cloth?
