  • Nobels OD-1 Output Fried...

    Hey all,
Hope someone can lead me in the right direction here..

I was un-hooking a gtr-cord from my Nobels (output) and got a nasty zap, really nasty (had some tingle). After such, I get very little output from the unit..with the effect disengaged the signal is weak, engaged, I can hear the OD and signal a bit better, controllable from the level knob, which from 3:00+ has a major spike in volume and didn't prior.

In the included pictures I can jumper from B -> A and get a full signal, I thought maybe the cap right there (a 3.3uf) got fried, replaced, nothing changed..the 150k resistor on the other (A) side of that path reads ok...any ideas from looking at these pics which component is faulty? Nothing looks suspect..

..also note that, even though I jumper from B-A and get a full signal, if effect is switched off...the signal is still very weak..

    meh..I love this pedal..cry/help?

Thanks in advance for any input given..
