  • Help with true bypass Crybaby

I've modded my Carybaby cgb95 for grounded true bypass some time ago, I also removed the input buffer, but it makes some popping noise as I turn the pedal on and off, not very noticeable but the pops are there. I've tried putting a pull down resistor at the input, after the switch, I think itīs not necessary putting one at the output of the circuit cause the wah pot serves as a pull down resistor, but it made no difference at all. I want to get rid of this noise, so far I'm considering in putting the pedal back to stock, no true bypass and input buffer, or live the noise. Is there any solution for the true bypass pop in this pedal? Thanks!

I put everything back to stock (input buffer, and hardwire bypass) and the pop is still there, so I think the noise is the switch itself, as I said it's not loud or very noticeable, more like a click than a pop.

To confirm that, wire it up as a true bypass on both sides, ie no fx.
