I got these recently and I was wondering if those are really 741 opamps. Also which manufacturer is that?

I don't recall that MFGR symbol, but, the 8-pin DIP CAN plug into the 14-pin DIP pattern directly, if you look closely. Skip Pins 7, 8, 1, 2, 13 & 14.
