Problem trying to install NI-Labview runtime using WINE

Im getting a pre-install check warning saying that i need at least Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (SP1) installed to install the Labview.

Anyone using WINE to run test equipment software, or install drivers?

If I have a 50% chance of guessing the right answer, I guess wrong 80% of the time.
