Wiring up a blend pot

HEY GUYS .... Im doing a Custom Build from an old Yamaha RBX374..

* I believe its the type with a Pre-Amp?
* 2x Single Coil Humbucker *
* 4x Pots: VOL=20Kb / BAL=A500K / BASS=B50K / TREB=B50K *

I wanna convert to a simple 3x Pot setup= VOL / BAL / TONE >??
AND remove the need for a PreAmp / Battery Box ...
IE: Make a regular "Plug in and Play" (electronically speaking) ???

Since your request is a lot more involved than just wiring up a blend pot I suggest that you start a new thread here.

P.S. AFAIK you will need to replace the active pickups in your bass with passive ones as the first step to accomplishing your goal. Once you have done that wiring up the three controls should be simple.
