I've had the idea for a while to rewire my Strat copy so it has only 4 pickup combinations: N/M series, N/M parallel, M/B parallel, and M/B series. With the RWRP middle pickup all positions would be hum-cancelling.
Figuring out the switching is one of the most challenging and fun (to me) aspects of this so I was pleased when I finally came up with this scheme. This would allow the use of a common DP4T rotary or perhaps one of those fancy blade switches (although I can't really bring myself to spend more than a couple bucks on a switch).
Anyway I thought I would share the schematic in case anyone else might find it useful, and invite comments or improvements on the design.
Cheers,
Alex
