Is the pickguard of MIM and MIA same?

I want to find out is the volume, tone and the screw holes location exactly the same between MIA and MIM pickguard? Particularly the volume and tone pot location.

In my experience the Mexican and American Fender pickguards are pretty interchangable, with the exceptions of some of the reissues and deluxe models. I usually pop the volume and tone knobs off then lay the new pickguard on top of the old one to check alignment. Also, if you have a humbucker in the bridge verify that it's screws line up with the new pg. A lot of fender humbuckers use 2 screws on the bass side of the pickup.

In some cases they are identical. In others, not. The MIM ones, even if not an exact match, aren't too far away, unlike MIJ, MIK, MIC, or Indonesian guitars.
