  • GODIN Mutiac Grand concert duet

When I plug the 1/4" jack the guitar does not play and I get the red LED to stay ON all the time. Any ideas?? Do I have to replace both boards or one of the two, and if so which one. Can I get the schematic for these boards anywhere?? Any idea what these boards go for??
Next to the 1/4" jack there is a 3 pin jack (looks like a mic connector)

    Thank you in advance

This is a guitar problem, correct?
The Grand concert duet uses a Fishman preamp.
    Check the battery?

Yes it's a guitar. The battery is new but I replaced it anyway, still the same. It has to be one of the two boards. How can I find out how much they cost. I went to Godin's website but I couldn't find any information
      Thanks

Well the 'brightness' of the red led indicates battery charge.
        So it's not that, huh?
The XLR jack is a signal send to a mixer board.
It also allows the preamp to utilize the phantom power from the mixer to power the unit.(sans battery)
        Fishman manufactured the boards.
Maybe you could try to contact them.

Thanks Jazz P Bass. I'll try them and see if I have any luck. I wish I could find the schematics for those boards
