Alnico 4 Gauss levels

Anyone here have a recommendation for a charge level for A4 Bar Magnets? I'm going to try some in my neck bucker. Im not digging A5 in the neck currently and im taking a shot at A4 now. Should I try it fully charged or degauss it to a specific level.. Thoughts?

Hello ,
as far as I remember the gauss is around 700.
I had some in stock ( bought them from RS) that were not full charged and I could not go over 7,2 k on a Les Paul Neck humbucker without having a mudy wobbly tone.
So I charged them and I like them a lot more wehn full up.
