I'm looking for a copy of this book by Jason Lollar and am aware that it is out of print. Does anyone know where a copy might be available (none on ebay at the moment)- thanks!

just keep watching ebay. The book can get pretty expensive too. I've been looking for the same book for quite some time.

I used to work in a fairly large public libray. The librarian who bought books added Lollar's book to the collection on my recommendation. Unfortunately, someone stole it later

You might try checking into interlibrary loan ("ILL") at your local library. They may be able to get you a copy to borrow from another library.
