Jesus was a spiritual master and there have been many and many still living. He never wanted to be worshipped, so sad that he is now an idol. I think the most untained religion that is not even a religion is Bhuddism. Bhudda was every adamant he did not want to be a cult of personality and wouldn't let his teachings be written down. When he left the earth 70 years later Bhuddists all got together to write down what they could remember and eventually splintered into two groups, one that worships Bhudda as a religious figure (bad Bhuddists, bad Bhuddists!) and the other that only teaches the methods of enlightenment that Bhudda taught and is not a religion. Even with only 70 years having passed many different versions of the same thing were written and disagreements on what he actually said. Jesus wasn't written about until 200 years I think after he died so you can imagine how mangled his message became, not to mention bad translations. Many of his supposed sayings were made up to control people by ill intentioned church elitists, sayings that no master would ever utter. Probably most of the closest quotes from him are in books that were thrown out of the bible. Bottom line is he was a master and they all teach the same things anyway...

This is why I wrote "Have a happy holiday, what ever it happens to be". Many cultures celebrate something this time of year.

We have a Christmas tree in our home (fake tree, I refuse to kill a tree that will just end up in the trash)... but we aren't Christians.

If we saw how all religions/beliefs are more alike than not, we might stop fighting over who everyone believes in. That's not this forum I'm talking about.. I meant the world.
