4 conductor wire source?

I am looking for a four conductor wire source to make a few of my older single conductor pickups usable with the 5-way in my PRS.

Does anyone know where I can get some wire that most closely resembles the Seymour Duncan wire?

I have some 4 cond wire but it has a grey coating and is noticeably larger than the duncan stuff.
