Just wondering if anyone out there had an inkling what the neck pickup pole spacing is typically for a 7 string pickup? (I realise there may be a lot of variation - what's the most popular 7 string pickup out there?)
If for example a strat neck pole spacing is 48.5mm outer pole to outer pole (is it?!!) .....then that puts the pole centres @ 9.7mm apart between strings - adding another string would therefore be about 58.2mm?
Just curious wrt some real world 7 string pickup examples.
