Counter on Ebay

Just wondering if either of these would be an acceptable choice for a counter using an optical sensor. this is all about digit size, and both of these would be readable across the room for my eyes...LOL Thanks again.

I can't find the pulse specs and how fast it counts on this auction but similar counter auctions might show a link specs for how fast it can count. For some reason I remember investigating these but settled on cub3 (I think because of low cost and a circuit design using optical sensor I found on a builders site - sorry but can't remember the link at present but it uses the spinning clear cd disk to count rotations).

I ordered a counter and sensor from these guys.
Fargo Controls - proximity sensors, counters, timers, hour meters and other industrial controls
I just called them and tolod them what I needed and they took care of me.
