I see you found the Post New Thread button, now if you'll notice just right below it at the very top of all the threads are a couple of special threads called sticky's.
Now if you'll notice the second one from the top called Pickup Makers FAQ which stands for Frequently Asked Questions, These "sticky's are stuck there for the reason that people can find them easy ...and read them ...and get answers to commom questions like this one.
Hope this helps, it's the old "give 'em a fish, or teach 'em to fish" thing.
