I've ordered a number of times via AddictionFX's ebay store. Twice just yesterday, in fact. The product always shows up in a reasonable amount of time and the order is always correct. I've had some bad luck getting questions answered but my orders have always come through just fine and it looks as if Hannah is making efforts to improve their communication.

I'm happy.

Definitely looking forward to those new baseplates and keeper bars!

That's great for small orders and if you want to buy on Ebay.
If you want business customers, then you have to have someone that can answer questions and give price quotes, and communicate.
Let's just wait and see what Hannah can offer.
I'm all for giving her a chance.

This is my experience as well. For magnet bars and slugs, my orders have always been correct and promptly received. And there's usually a "surprise item" in there too like a nice grey bobbin strat flatware sample, which is generous and "good neighborly." But getting information about certain things is like pulling teeth.

I realize it is a "growing pains" situation for a small family business. It would be nice if Dennis could publish some form of announcement, a kind of FAQ, on the specifics of these new baseplates and keepers, and ultimately for all his products. This would take a lot of pressure off Hannah so she wouldn't have to relay questions back and forth, and would allow the customers to get the information first hand.

I, as a person living in Europe, have been a bit upset when Dennis stopped shipping outside the US... but as I've heard they're trying to work a deal with DHL, which in my country gives the best service EVER (I usually get my parts through my door in three days flat from Athens, OH - USA when shipped through DHL. Even when the supplier is in my OWN CITY, I've never gotten anything before five days, and that if I'm lucky... so I'll be a happy camper even though I'll probably pay twice as much as before.

That's my take, anyway.

Thanks guys for you kind words... Yesterday was just a hetic day. But today is a new day. I am sorry you cannot get a hold of my father sometimes. Thats why I made this hotmail. If You send me a question that I cant answer I will give it to him, He is trying to start the website and He is opening a Gutiar school here in az. He would try to take on the world if he could.
