A source for Epiphone Casino Dogear covers

Anyone know where to get Epiphone casino covers ?(Not the tone sucking chrome covers it comes with)
black of cream
They have a narrow spacing
48mm in the neck
50mm for the bridge
I'm going to rewind a set for a customer ,Just using his bobbins
& I will probably have to use his baseplates

I found some on ebay ,strange i cant find them on Allparts site

I know who does all the molding for Epiphone. The company sells the covers without holes so that you can drill them to your spec. The minimums are probably step though. If you want the info e-mail me at belwar@nicholles.com and i'll give it to you

Neither the neck nor the bridge is standard Gibson spacing on offshore Casinos. Also, the Allparts chrome covers are the same as what comes on the guitar, in case anyone is wondering.

They are tone suckers. Not sure what the alloy is.

Thanks everyone .........I got the pickups here & cleaned up & ready to rewind .
The customer did not send the covers they are same as these -so my extech will stay in the drawer ......lol

Im guessing brass ,the baseplate is supprisingly nickel (maybe i will give her a little scuff just to make sure )
stamped on the bobbins is 48 on the neck & 50 on the bridge which is the spacing
im winding to 50's specs just to keep them bright ,he will be using the chrome covers untill he buys a set
By the way I think it is strange ,I cant find the correct covers on Allparts site ,yet the ebay store is selling Allparts covers I need with the correct spacing

I think you'll find the bridge is more like 49.5mm. You can sneak a 50mm in the cover, but it will be tight. Plus, if you are reusing the stock bobbins, bear in mind that you are going to lose about 0.06 of an inch of inside bobbin height compared to a standard Gibson-type bobbin(the Mojo bobbins are a bit shorter too).

I figured that ,I just have not had a chance to measure with the caliper
but the flats are really heavy duty on this bobbin ( I dont think you have to worry about much flare in this project)
Im going with 7k-7.5k for the neck & 8K-8.5 k or so for the bridge

Why do Stewmac offer P-90 bobbins with forbon top & bottom & a wooden spacer "between the flats"
when from the 50's till current day ,Always used a plastic bobbin ????????

Assuming you are hand-guiding, if your layering is tight, you could possibly pull off 8k or a bit more on the bridge with 42. This might require more tension than you would like..?

The reason for the Forbon and wood option, I believe, is the result of the influence of a certain innovator present on this forum, who I am sure will chime in at some point. After he's done 'Lolling' about playing slide... 
