strat pickup covers - where to get?

Anyone have a recommendation for good strat covers? preferably with no holes if possible.. I'm looking for Black, Cream, and Offwhite (The offwhite I currently use is Bill Callahams parchment color). I know very little about who makes and sells good ones. Any recommendations? I'm not looking for vintage accurate, just good quality as they are for my own line of guitars.

The WSC ones are the best but have holes. StewMac's covers are metric sizes and don't fit vintage sizes, too tight and can damage coils. Mojo has black and white, not sure about any other colors in no holes:

I think I bought some from AllParts that were very good a long time ago. Looks like they still do but just in black or white, never seen parchment in no holes anywhere:
