    Interesting points.
On the website there is no shipping charge so perhaps a fixed "tax" was their workaround? more likely that they made it "live" before they were done with it and now don't have time to edit it (or check their email or phone messages.)
For rod magnets, the prices are pretty reasonable, 24 mags for $8, and 60 for $18, vs on ebay you get 6 mags for $5. As a bass guy I don't often need mags in groups of 6... Mojo charges a flat $.50 per rod which is a lot compared to the $.08 ea I'm used to paying.
Don't they offer quantity discounts for bars?
David S. I don't seem to have any luck working with the Sensmag C8, it always sounds like angry piles of hot shit.
Running a business is tough, especially one with tons of small items that look the same, aren't worth much and where you're dealing with penny-pinching, boneheaded guitar freaks that have a million unanswerable questions and who think your time is worthless to you.

So the paypal dispute form worked wonders, I got a refund and a very apologetic note back explaining what had happened (orders from the website get mixed in with ebay orders but there's nothing to differentiate them and they got no followup because they weren't in the ebay system. I think this problem will get address soon but we need to be aware of the potential and be prepared to be patient.

I order from them all the time but I do phone orders, either direct with Hanna, or Dennis. They do have dealer pricing and it is on par with Mojo and some is cheaper.

BigTee that is odd you had to drill them, I have done 20 sets with them and the screws while tight still run rite through. Some stuff takes a few to get out as they are still sorting between Ebay and the new site. I think they are gonna be dropping the Ebay stuff and are converting over to the new site. If you need Hanna's number PM me and she has it is cool to give it to you guys.

            Thanks capt'n

I just talked to Hanna as well. I can sympathize with the situation. So no worries, and best of luck to them! It is very nice to have another source of magnets and alloys

strange, I just tried to mock-order something and even though i identified that I am in Canada, there was sales tax charged on the item. Through their ebay page, they don't charge sales tax.
I asked Hannah about that in mid December. She said they did, but never produced a parts/price list when I asked for one. I put together an order, few of this - few of that, to check the parts quality and asked for an invoice. She promised one "first thing in the morning". That was the last I heard of it, and that was 15 Dec 11. Sort of a Guitar Jones experience. I'm interested in trying their parts, but a bit gun shy at the moment.

As far as the screws not going through the Keeper.
I was using some other US made 5x40 screws I had.
They would thread into the baseplate fine, but would not go through the Keeper.
If you mic your screws they are probably close to 5x40, but probably a Metric close equivalent!

Thats good that the pole screws go through slightly snug as original paf keepers are that way. The normal ones you buy are too loose, and thats why I have mine made for me.

If tight is what you like, you should like these.
They are very well made, machined on all sides.
Like I said above I had regular standard 5x40 screws.
My Screws Measured 5-40 Minimum 0.1191 inch diameter.
These minimum .1191 diam. screws would not go through the keeper.
So Not sure what screws they machined these Keepers for.
Either way, they were easy to drill out.
I hope there will be other Pickup Parts makers that make a quality keeper.
The Stamped ones that everyone sells are an Achilles Heel to Standard Pickup parts, and Kits.
                      Good Luck,

They might try working on customer service. Sent a request for a quote 5 days ago twice and still no reply. Guess I'll stick with Mojo.

                          Shepherd,
You might try contacting them through their Ebay store if it's still going. There's also a phone number on the site that I've left messages on.

I think maybe the problem might be, that it is not Their Day Job?
Emails and communication must get put on the back burner.
With Mojo, Parts is their Day Job!
I too am sticking with Mojo!
Unless you are just Buying tons of Rod Magnets, I see no benefit over Mojo's fine service.
                            My 2 cents.

                              Maybe a day job
Or they are maybe swamped with orders
I ordered some from them a couple of weeks ago ,It did ship after a few days

Where's Dennis's daughter, she was here for a fleeting moment. They won't even ship to Oz anymore and their prices are not like they used to be, I hate the thought of paying a buck each for rod mags, I'm almost out of the bulk lot I got from Dennis quite a while ago now but a buck a rod
