I repaired it once, but fortunately I didn't have to rewind it.
It wasn't very easy, btw...

I've done several Strat versions. They are poorly protected. I have a Tele bridge pickup in at the moment for repair and judging by damage done on this one, I can see these Noiseless pickups being rather unpopular in years to come.

I too have a neck tele stack in......boy, what fun. Funny readings too. Looks like they just waxed it in parrafin?

I emailed Fender to ask them a couple of questions about the Tele bridge pickup. They didn't reply.
