    Maybe Brocotts magnet wire ,I know they list there wire as "Enameled Wire" .If this wire is actually Brocotts wire ,I don't think it is PE ,I have asked them in the past & they don't make PE

      It doesn't look like PE. I realize that you can get any color magnet wire, but all the PE I have ever seen is a dark brown/black color.
