Help identifying make of a Tele pu

I got this in an Esquire some years back.

no marking on it, and hoping to get help ID'ing it.

flat poles, cloth covered wire, yellow and black, some have said they appear 'reverse wound', black rope (appears black and not just wax dipped), has a base plate screwed to the bottom.





I have contacted most builders....got a not mine from Lollar, Novax, Lawrence, and a few others. some suggested a Duncan (no reply from them yet) or a Fender Custom Shop (can't find a way to reach them).

any ideas.....?
