Startlogic is $5.95/month for 300 gigs, 10 domains, unlimited email accounts, etc.

I couldn't imagine using more than a gig on a web site! Most are under 100 MB unless you have a lot of music files and stuff!

If you want something cheap, use one.com as I do. I don't know about streaming audio, but our band have MP3 for download and it workt fine. Their basic account is 1.25€ per month for 1GB, unlimited E-mail accounts, templates and a web designer toll called WebEditor. Domainregistration is free with a annual fee of 12€ for .com, .org and .net and 8€ for .uk. Dont know how well the WebEditor works. I use FrontPage. It is pretty easy to do basic things in. Have a look:

      www.peternaglitschluthier.com

I made those from scratch, learning as I went on.

Another thing that you might have to look out for is if the web host supports FTP, ASP, SQL and so on. It all depens on what you whant to do

I have my web site typepad.com. It is super simple. I used their blog software and just turned all of the blog stuff off. I'm sure things like the banner and photos would load quicker if had it done in flash but it seems to be doing the trick the way it is. It is easy to update or change the site whenever I want and it has been very reliable. I have a photography background so I was able to take good photos and do all of the photoshop work for the web. But in reality my mother who is a bit blog crazy basically did most of the site for me until I got the swing of the typepad online software. Here it is www.throbak.com
They don't make them like they used to... We do.
