yeah its a very small amount of buzz we are talking about- most people would consider it insignificant.

Has anyone had any problems with the Screws and slugs of large humbuckers picking up noise?
I had a humbucker that seemed noiser than normal.
This was not a PAF threaded baseplate, but a short leg baseplate with 2 rows of screw holes.
I figured out that 4 of the 6 screws were not touching the base plate, not grounded.
Also some of the slugs were not grounded.
The Slugs are short and do not seat, or sit on the baseplate, and the only source of ground is the Alnico magnet.
Grounding the screws were not a problem, but not sure how to ground the slugs if they don't come in contact with the Alnico Magnet.

The question is, if the person is grounded?
It would be possible to describe everything scientifically, but it would make no sense; it would be without meaning, as if you described a Beethoven symphony as a variation of wave pressure. — Albert Einstein
