multi conductor wire

I have developed several multicoil pickups.
And have used my 4 conductor for it all.
But now I'm out of wire..
And looked at ebay and the regular suppliers, but the prices for regular 4 conductor or other were high.
Does anyone have a good tip about where I can get 4 conductor and other multiconductor wire for a good price?

Most guitar supply stores come in around $0.80 - $1.00 per foot

Any 4 conductor shielded cable will do ... AWG 22 - 28 I guess ... if you aren't fussy about colour

Security guys use the same type of wire for home alarms

also, you can pick up 100 ft of the stuff the guitar suppliers will sell you from Mouser for $60
