the gibson version or the kay? If the gibson those are old enough it should have long legs- the kay is mounted more like a soap bar which it is closely related to.

Y'know, I hadta send something out earlier today and I don't keep long legged bases around 'cause they seem so dippy, so I put it together with "normal" legs.

We'll see how the installer likes it...
