I would think they'd recycle it. Grind up, use again. Maybe?

They can grind it up and reuse with for something like 30% of the totally plastic. I think they only regrind and reuse if it is black or it the color of the part is not an issue. The machine that grinds it up really has to be dedicated to one color otherwise the plasti will get contaminated with other colors that went through the grinder.
