Have been looking to stock on humbucker mount springs but the classic 1-5/8" ones seem to be out of stock everywhere -- except at Stewmac, but the price for them is just too much.
Anybody have a line?

I've been also looking for a better source for springs , most you find are 1" like in the that link but finding them 1-5/8" /40mm is tough"UP here in the Canada we shoot things we don't understand"Comment

If you're only needing an additional 1/8" then you can just stretch the 1.5" springs out. It might take some practice or a jig to get consistent results.
