That makes sense...mechanical engineers are into decimal inches...seems like Strat tuning peg holes are something like .095" o.c., not a standard fraction.
FWIW the other day I realized something about LIFE - and asked myself how much cool - usable important guitar, gear & pickup knowledge has gone to the grave already?
and how much do I want to not pass along and take with me - I realized I rather pass it all along - but we all have to EAT - so theres always going to be limits - but maybe the best thing to do was not be completely greedy with everything and pass bits and pieces along - and hopefully pass the rest on to family or someone worthy of carrying the torch if I do have such torch myself or will have???
