  • New hires at Mojo?

Second time they do this to 49.2mm slug bobbins, the rest were packed fine. Anybody else received bobbins in this condition?

I'm not seeing the problem. Tape residue?

The tape is not the issue, they are all scratched up. It's hard to get the scratch on the picture, I took a close up shot that shows the scratches better. Pretty much all of the bobbins are like that. I don''t really care what they look like if I'm making covered humbuckers, but I can't use these for and open build. I did pick out the ones with the least amount of damage and hit them with a torch to get rid of light scratches, but the majority is too far gone.Click image for larger version

Have you reached out to them and explained your dissatisfaction with these new bobbins you paid for and received? Call them, be cool about it, ask for fresh clean bobbins, and they'll take care of you.

Could they be pre reliced bobbins? I'd send them back and ask for replacements, after all they have a reputation to keep!!

              Cheers
