    Can you post a picture of the pickup.
    Also make sure you check that the magnets are fully charged.

      P-90 are a true workhorse & it's kind of hard to get any but normal sound from them .But an output problem !!! ,I agree with Terry either magnets are not opposed or not charged properly .

        Okay so it turns out I'm an idiot... I took off the pickguard, checked the pickups and everything seemed to be as it should. I was taking pictures when I noticed that a small part of the 3 way blade toggle switch was making contact with the conductive shielding paint on the cavity. I tested it with some electrical tape and the volume of both pickups jumped to where I thought they should have been. Thanks of all the help!
