i have bridge and neck parts. And 0,06 mm SWG 44 wire. I have questions. Do I have to magnetise the blades and does it make difference which way I install the magnet then in the pickup? How many revolutions per bobbin and how much dc-resistance in one bobbin and how much resistance for the pickup when it is ready? They could be something like in Seymour Duncan Hot Rails. How much for bridge and how much for neck? Do I connect them parallel or series, the bobbins in one pickup? Thank you.

It depends on what parts and bobbins you have, determines turn count amount.
On the ones I made several years back, I used the bobbins with half/round ends.
You can probably put up to 5700 turns per bobbin, for a high output 44awg pickup.
Somewhere around 6500 ohms DCR per bobbin.

Also if you could show us some pictures of your parts kit.
That would help us know how to proceed with your building questions.

Nice looking kit.
A lot different than what I built.
You have round end bobbins. which is fine.
One magnet in the middle.
Wind the bobbins, with a 28 gauge hookup wire on each end, start and finish.
I super glued the bobbin blades to the fiber flatwork.
End with cloth tape around both bobbins.
I built mine wired in series.
One blade is polarized north and one polarized south.
No need to magnetize the blades.
They are magnetized by the magnet stuck to the blade.

Do you have winding experience?
If not, I would start winding with a single coil or traditional humbucker.
These small blades are about the hardest pickups to make of all.
The 44awg is harder to wind also, if you are starting out.

i have winded only about 3-4 singlecoil pickups. i have to wind couple more before these.
