I have a problem with my korg kaoss pad KP3. It worked fine for a while and then all the sudden the effect has become distorted. the same thing has happened to my friends unit. I'm not sure if I have blown the input preamp or what but the sound is all distorted it sounds like a fuzz face. It really bums me out. Has anybody had this problem? does anybody have Korgs customer service phone #? I'm not sure if this thing is still under warranty.
