Need Help with humbucker buzz.

My Epiphone LP Standard bass... Epiphone Les Paul Standard Bass Heritage Cherry Sunburst Chrome... recently began to get some buzz on the humbuckers. I can (almost, but not completely) EQ it out by setting my amp and bass to lower-pitched settings, and by setting the gain almost all the way down... but it does not get rid of all of the buzz. Can anyone help me fix this?

oh and everything on the bass is from the original model, i did not change anything.
