I Suspect an op amp might need replacing in a channel strip of my vintage tascam 244 porta studio. The Aux section works to monitor my sound input (inst.4 input) only in remix mode.... eq section and channel vol fader don't work for any input monitoring selection (tape,cue,remix).
Anyway I see there are 3 op amps in the strip (first a JRC 3142 then two JRC 3125). Might replace the last 3125 in the line and hope to get lucky.
What is this chip? Can't find a cross reference for it anywhere.
Probably a dual?
Might an opa 2604, jrc 4558 TL072 etc make an appropiate sub?
