Baldwin Church Organ Model 540

I have a Baldwin organ model 540 with two tone cabinets model 3-E and one model EA-5 Amp as a third amp for the antiphonal organ. Organ worked fine installed in the church, however the people who removed it cut all the wires to everything. I have re-connected them according to their color codes and re-connected the speakers as best I could. The speaker cabinets have three speakers each, lettered A, B, C and three connectors out of each amp labeled A, B, C. There is a fourth wire coming from each cabinet that I have nothing to connect it to. Everything warms up, the tube amps and the organ, but I have no sound. I have not put power to the antiphonal amp yet as it has its own speakers which are connected directly from that amp. There is a place on the second old amp to run line from it to the third amp, but no connector or wire to be found. Can anyone help me? I have someone to give the organ to if I can get it to sound.
