I don't see any preamp on the photos. I even don't see the brand of the bass. Is it Condor from Brazil? In most cases such problems can be solved without wiring diagrams. I suggest that you open the bass and make a photo of the preamp (and upload it here). This would increase your chances that someone will help you.
